Q. How many days plan I should take for Panchkarma?

A. We recommend 2 weeks plan at least. This is the time actually required for detoxification through different procedures and to handle chronic illness. If one does not have 14 days, can also take minimum 7 days plan, which will give some benefits, specially deep relaxation in case of stress, tension, tiredness and fatigue.

21 days plan is better to handle all aspects of health in totality, specially if need serious attention on chronic diseases and deep level purification. We don’t offer one or two days plan for the time being, it gives a taste, temporary benefit but these benefits do not last.Top
